I knit this pattern in Simply Soft yarn by Caron because I had some in my stash in a pretty color. It really knit up quickly and being a very soft yarn, had a bit more drape to it than the picture shows. I will be knitting up a couple more in different types of yarn as I'm sure the thickness, softness, ply, etc. will yield a different look each time. Love it!

I ordered the pattern one day, knit it up in two days and wore it on the third day! It's fun to knit with cable crosses creating the diamond shapes. I used Berroco Voyage alpaca yarn for a soft, snuggley cowl.
