I used Lion Brand Pound of Love in color no. denim 110. It took me a little over one (16 oz) skein. It’s an acrylic yarn instead of the mohair blend recommended, but I’m really happy with the way it turned out. Also, I left out the pocket (just didn’t want one). This was my first sizeable crochet project, and the very first project I’ve ever managed to seam nicely. Thanks very much for the instructions on sewing pieces together at the beginning of the book!
