Product Description

Even though my winters are not white here in Southern California, I love having a chunky winter white scarf to knit and wear!

Especially one that just exudes texture! This one has plenty of texture, with loads of braided cable sections, combined and alternated with brioche rib. It's a perfectly blended match that results in a fabulous winter white scarf.

Knit in a very soft merino wool in winter white, this scarf is this season's modern take on a winter classic!

The easy-to-learn stitch pattern knits up fast, creating a nice, thick, and luxuriously textured scarf that can be worn looped with the ends pulled through, wrapped once around your neck, or with the ends tucked in like a cowl. The alternating cables and ribs also creates nicely waved finished edges.

This scarf pattern is an extremely wearable addition to your accessories collection or a great gift knit for men and women!

  1. Great Scarf

Posted by Sherry on 30th Apr 2014

This makes up into a warm, cozy and soft scarf. I used Berocco Voyage which isn't as chunky as the one shown but shows the pattern beautifully. I also didn't do white but a cranberry red. Turned out just lovely. I adore Sweaterbabe patterns!

  2. Unbelievably Beautiful

Sweaterbabe's patterns are always so fun. This scarf is too, and a quick knit. The texture is amazing. I will make this in many colors

  4. Warm Warm Warm

This scraf was a Birthday gift for my sister. It was a fast knit. And the first time she wore it she was stop and ask what store she bought it. She told them it was hand made. I will make this again.

  5. A beautiful, striking, unique pattern

This is a most beautiful scarf pattern that stands out so attractively like an undulating, flowing sculpture. It is a truly inspired creation that will make its wearer feel fantastic too.
