One-ball, big needles, and a few evenings can produce this great knit hat! It's knit in Classic Elite Montera, a long-standing favorite yarn of mine. Choose or find one stashed hank in a vibrant shade to liven up your cold weather wardrobe.

The hat is knit entirely in the round from the bottom up starting with a bold ribbed fold over cuff. The rest of the hat is knit in a simple textured stitch pattern that resembles a cable, but is made with simple decreases and lifted increases. The top of the crown is shaped for a nice fit. This is a great gift knit for both the males and females on your list!

Finished Hat Measurements: Approx 21" [53.5 cm] around bottom opening, slightly stretched; 8 ½" [21.5 cm] height with cuff folded up. ONE SIZE fits most adults.
