This pattern looks great too if you
leave out the buttons and use a brooch.
See a finished sample, which used Lamb's Pride
Bulky Yarn for a fabulous result!

Turtleneck Capelet PDF Knitting Pattern
A strikingly cute capelet that will earn you lots
of compliments. The capelet is versatile too - it
can be worn buttoned up as a turtleneck or with
the nice, wide collar open as shown. A great polished
alternative to the poncho!
Bold woven leather buttons give it a stylish twist.
Simple eyelet increases create the capelet shape.
Ribbing finished
the bottom edge.
It can also be worn like a cropped shawl to cover
