time. Katherine Lee Knitwear also may terminate this Agreement at
any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly
may deny you access to the Site, if in Katherine Lee Knitwear's
sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of
this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either
you or Katherine Lee Knitwear, you must promptly destroy all materials
downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all
copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement
or otherwise.
purchasing terms & conditions
By purchasing products from Katherine Lee Knitwear, you agree that
the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed
exclusively by the laws of the State of California. You also agree
that any legal or equitable claim against Katherine Lee Knitwear
arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the
city, state, or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
All products purchased from Katherine Lee Knitwear are F.O.B. at
our business office. Title to the goods passes to you at the time
of delivery by the business office to a common carrier.
In addition, Katherine Lee Knitwear collects sales tax for items
being shipped to California. Because we do not have a presence in
any other state, we are not required to collect sales tax in those
states.
