Product Description

"Knitting is beleafing!" with this beautiful hat. As you knit this hat from the bottom up in the round, you'll see how the small and larger leaves evolve from simple 2-stitch cable crosses.

The 2-stitch cable crosses can be done with a cable needle, or by knitting them as twisted sts. These techniques are explained in the instructions.

Taller 5-leaf stems are alternated with shorter 3-leaf stems for an all over, beautifully textured hat.

The ribbed band ensures the nice fit and transitions into the leaf design perfectly.

Optional fluffy pompom can be added for a fun finish. Shown in an Aran weight yarn on size 10 needles.

Leaf design is both charted and written.

(Blue/Purple hat shown in images is in Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky yarn.)
