The purse begins with an oval base worked in the round. Once the base is complete, you’ll work gentle increases to create the curved shape and then begin the flower lace stitch. At each color change, slight decreases are worked to subtly taper to the top.

The two straps are then crocheted in the round and seamlessly joined into the border that finishes the side sections.
