Product Description

Less than 100 yards of a soft, worsted-weight yarn pairs perfectly with this pattern for an adorable, one-of-a-kind baby hat!

It starts with the bottom ribbing. Then, transitions to the lace, which features clusters of bobbles for lots of fun textural interest. As you knit to the top, crown shaping maintains the aesthetic of the lace stitch and creates a lovely five-point star motif at the top of the hat.

Hat is worked entirely in the round and is seamless.

The bobble lace design is charted and written out. Watch my reel on Instagram for how to knit the bobbles without turning your work.

This is a great, stash-busting gift knit that will be cherished by any mom-to-be, especially if knit in a luxe yarn, like the cashmere and alpaca blends shown here.
